Product Information

Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing undertakes to display an accurate description and image of each product. Image colours will vary depending on your monitor and may not be accurate. All products are in an excellent condition unless otherwise specified in the Product Description. Where products are classed as samples they may be free from labelling requirements as they are classed as seconds. With all seconds and preloved products we therefore take no responsibility on how best to care for your garment. Purchasing from Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing indicates that you acknowledge these products are pre-loved, recycled, second hand and not in new condition unless otherwise stated in the Product Description.

Delivery

Same Day processing takes place upon confirmation of receipt of funds for orders received prior to 3pm business days. Australia Post delivers all orders. Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage during transit caused by Australia Post. We endeavour to package all orders in such manner as to minimise any water damage that may arise during transit. We take no responsibility for loss and damage of goods in transit. Every endeavour is made to have your package delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery times are not guaranteed by Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing and can vary from two (2) days within South Australia and up to ten (10) days for remote locations. We utilise Express Post and Parcel Post Satchels.

Orders

Any purchase made by you, the website user, is an offer by you to purchase the product/s at the price, and including delivery and other charges, displayed on the website. Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing reserves the right to reject an offer for any reason including an error in the price or product description. An offer will be considered firm and become a contract with you, the customer, upon confirmation of receipt of funds.

All prices displayed are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time by Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing.

Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in customer contact and delivery details. Orders will be despatched to the customer supplied address details unless Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing is notified of any changes prior to despatch.

Simultaneous Orders

Every effort will be made to process online orders as quickly as possible but we can give no guarantee that the stock will be available. Being a preloved clothing store, we may have only have one of each item for sale. If the same item is sold simultaneously in our store before your order is processed, your order will be void and you will be notified.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Size Guides

Any size guides that appear on this website are a guide only and Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing holds no responsibility for the accuracy of these size guides whatsoever.

Returns/Refunds

We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to. Please choose carefully.

You, the customer, must seek Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing’s express permission via email prior to returning any Product/s for refund, exchange or store credit.

Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credits are issued for any goods not described correctly, or for any other reasonable requests, including incorrect size. All contact regarding returning products is to be made via the contact us form. Rainbow Zebra Preloved Childrens Clothing will not refund delivery charges on purchase or return of products under any circumstances. Refunds will be activated via the original method of payment.
